First Communion Appts are in full swing. Styles already sold to your school will not be available to try on during your appointment as we operate a 1 style per school policy. Where you see availability online for a 3:30pm appt, we may be able to take you at 3:45pm or 4pm, so please ring us to check if that suits better. We do offer later appts on a Tuesday evening.

​We stock a variety of styles, full length and ballet length and sizes from Age 7 up to Age 8xxl, 9xxl and 10xxl. You can take home on the day, delivery is currently February 2026 for Emily Grace and Chloe Belle, we do have some Quick Ship styles. ​

We do not charge for daytime appointments 

Booking Fee for some Tuesday evening Bridal appointments when we are opening specially which comes off the price of dress should you buy.

Please note that where Walk-ins are available some days, the diary can change rapidly so if the Bridal room is booked when you arrive and we are unable to take you straight away, we will endeavour to get you in when we can but it is always safer to book to ensure you get in straight away.

When you visit us, our first aim is to make you feel very welcome and relaxed, you will be visiting an established, independent, family-run and Award winning Bridal Shop, we have had the pleasure of looking after local brides for almost 30 years. You may remember our old premises in Pennyburn and we are here now in Springtown over 10 years now. A bridal appointment with us is in a very private setting, and is one-to-one with one of our experienced Bridal Consultants, so you will have our full attention during your appointment.

What do you want to know before visiting our boutique?

Here are a few pointers but please feel free to call or email us to discuss any questions you might have, as we know when wedding dress shopping is a new experience for you, you can be nervous and perhaps unsure of what to expect.                        

• We do not charge for daytime appointments but if you enjoy and appreciate the Service you have received and you wish to tip your Bridal Consultant you are welcome to do so.   

• We will be your personal shopper to make your shopping experience stress free. ​

• We cater for a wide variety of styles, sizes and budgets.

 They are not all shown online and images may vary from our sample size in store, so the best action is to book in with us.

• We operate a No Fresh Tan policy to help keep our dresses in pristine condition, should someone need a dress urgently off the peg.

• We take great pride in the presentation of our stock. 

• We have a selection of Ready to Wear dresses if you are getting married soon. 

• We also have to make way for new dresses coming in, so we always have a selection of Take Home Today styles that you can leave with on the day. 

• If ordering, average order time is approx 5-6 months. 

• Your seamstress will want to do your first fitting about 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date. We give you contact details for a seamstress upon purchasing your bridal gown with us, although nowadays most brides can have their seamstress booked before coming to us. If you know someone or have worked with someone before, you can go ahead and get them booked once you set your wedding date.

Sample Sizes currently range from size 6-28UK

There is free parking right outside the shop and we are wheelchair accessible and we are on the ground floor with no stairs.

FIRST COMMUNION 2026 SEASON

Appointments will run from end of August until mid December  2025. 

From January 2026, off the peg dresses only will be available, so best to get in early to allow plenty of time for ordering in case you need a size or length different to what we have remaining in stock. 

For the new 2026 season, we will be bringing  in a wide variety of styles and sizes and both full length and ballet length that you can take home on the day, so be prepared to pay in full and take with you.

If we need to order in a different size/length, please allow plenty of time for delivery which can take up to 16 weeks, so book in early once we advertise our new season stock has arrived usually around August/September and as we do have a 1 style per school policy, if you get in early, you have your pick of all the styles.  Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
